How Do I Make Pineapple Cupcakes?

Pineapple Cupcakes

You're not going to find a more fun pineapple cupcake recipe. It's so fun and really easy. The printable pineapple crowns make this cupcake decorating idea a breeze.
Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 can crushed pineapple in juice
- 1 can vanilla frosting in yellow
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees then place cupcake liners in your muffin tin and spray lightly with non-stick cooking spray.
- Combine the cake mix and crushed pineapple (including the juice) then divide evenly between the cupcake liners. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes. Cool completely before decorating.
- Place frosting on each cupcake in a circular pattern, working from the center of the cupcake to the outside and back to the center to make a nice swirl.
- Tape each pineapple crown to a toothpick with clear tape, then press into the cupcake then enjoy!
