Tips for Making a Charcuterie Board

  • If you are planning to serve your Mickey board where you have adults and kids alike, add more mild meats and cheese into your party supplies that won’t overwhelm a younger palate.
  • Providing a wide range of meats, cheeses, fruits, and sweet candies will appeal to the whole hungry crowd.
  • When choosing the beverages, water, fruit juices or wine for the grown-ups will pair well with your board.
  • You can make this meat, cheese, and dessert board a day or two before your party. The rule of thumb is 3-5 days before on meats and aged cheeses and 1-2 days on fresh fruit and veggies.
