How to Make Easy Easter Bunny Cupcakes
With just a few simple steps, you can make these adorable bunny ear cupcakes. You will need to add some pink sugar
Begin by baking (or buying) vanilla cupcakes. I recommend my Lazy Girl’s Vanilla Cupcake Recipe because the kids can almost make it themselves.
Cut one marshmallow in a half and dip the sticky side down (the cut side) into a shallow bowl filled with pink sprinkles or pink sugar.
Frost the cupcakes with my easy buttercream frosting recipe or a can of store-bought frosting. You can use a piping bag with a 1A tip or just slap some frosting on with a butterknife – we’re going to cover the top by dipping the cupcake into a shallow bowl filled with white sprinkles.
Set the two cut and dipped marshmallow pieces onto the top of the cupcake, pressing lightly so they don’t fall off in transit or when little hands grab them.
