Free 2024 Solar Eclipse SVG Designs

Here at Ruffles and Rain Boots, we’re in the path of totality in Texas. With family flying in to make a long weekend of the eclipse, I figured we needed a few ways to memorialize the fun.

Today I created five, free eclipse SVG designs you can use to whip up your own crafts. These files work with Cricut, Silhouette, Brother and other cutting machines. They’re also great for laser cutting and laser engraving.

How to Use These Eclipse SVG Free Designs

If you are getting together with friends, family, or co-workers, whip up a t-shirt or a badge reel tag. These are both quick projects and you only have to use either one or two colors of vinyl.

I prefer these short sleeve shirts for men and these short sleeve shirts for women. Most toddler shirts (in any color of the rainbow) can be found at the craft store, but these are the ones I get.

If you want another keepsake, whip up a mug. Use the PNG file type, size it, and print out a sublimation design and use the Cricut mug press to apply it. It would take less than 15 minutes to prepare!

Totality SVG Free Eclipse 2024 Cut File Set

An understated design, this is one I made for my husband. He’s not into matching shirts but there’s been nothing said about coordinating.

This design is for me. I’m going to put this onto a plain, light, short-sleeve t-shirt because by April, it will already be 100 degrees here in Texas.

This design started it all – someone requested this design because she was a beginner and was going to try her first layering project with heat transfer vinyl. Wish her luck!
