Dice the tomatoes. I usually set them onto a clean kitchen towel to absorb moisture while I continue prepping.
Using a sharp knife, chop the lettuce into bite-sized pieces. If you have small kids in the house, chop finer than shown above.
Mix the mayonnaise and cream cheese together in a small bowl. If you’d like, season with a pinch of salt and white pepper.
Spread the cream cheese mixture onto the tortillas, leaving a small rim around the outside edge.
Add thin ham to one side of each tortilla.
Next, add turkey to the other side of each tortilla.
Sprinkle cheese on each tortilla. Note: you can use the sliced cheese, as well.
If using, sprinkle the bacon onto the tortillas. My husband likes strips of bacon on his.
Evenly add the lettuce to each of the tortillas and sprinkle the tomatoes on top.
Tightly roll each tortilla and refrigerate. You can wrap it in plastic wrap for a very tight seal.
Slice the roll into 1-inch pieces. Serve as-is or with food picks in each roll and enjoy!
Notes for Making Club Sandwich Pinwheels

- Store any un-cut pinwheel sandwiches wrapped in foil and in an air-tight container to keep them fresh.
- Use a spoon to get rid of any lumps in your cream cheese.
