Just like you can get at the deli, this sandwich is full of crunchy goodness. You will need:

  • Large flour tortillas
  • Cream cheese softened
  • Mayonnaise
  • Ham, thinly sliced
  • Turkey, thinly sliced
  • Colby jack cheese, shredded
  • Bacon Pieces or 3 pieces of cooked bacon diced into small pieces (optional)
  • Romaine lettuce, washed and dried
  • Roma tomato, clean and dried

How to Make Deli Sandwich Tortilla Roll Ups

Dice the tomatoes. I usually set them onto a clean kitchen towel to absorb moisture while I continue prepping.

Using a sharp knife, chop the lettuce into bite-sized pieces. If you have small kids in the house, chop finer than shown above.

Mix the mayonnaise and cream cheese together in a small bowl. If you’d like, season with a pinch of salt and white pepper.

Spread the cream cheese mixture onto the tortillas, leaving a small rim around the outside edge.

Add thin ham to one side of each tortilla.

Next, add turkey to the other side of each tortilla.

Sprinkle cheese on each tortilla. Note: you can use the sliced cheese, as well.

If using, sprinkle the bacon onto the tortillas. My husband likes strips of bacon on his.

Evenly add the lettuce to each of the tortillas and sprinkle the tomatoes on top.

Tightly roll each tortilla and refrigerate. You can wrap it in plastic wrap for a very tight seal.

Slice the roll into 1-inch pieces. Serve as-is or with food picks in each roll and enjoy!

Our Club Sandwich Pinwheels Recipe is just what you need for the kid's lunchbox, an appetizer, or for a meal with your favorite sides. It is fast, easy, and super inexpensive to make. Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 12 pieces ham, thinly sliced
  • 12 pieces turkey, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup shredded Colby jack cheese
  • 2.5 oz bacon bits (or 3 cooked bacon slices)
  • Âľ cup romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 Roma tomato, diced

Instructions

  1. Chop the lettuce, cutting the center ribs out.
  2. Dice the tomato.
  3. Stir the cream cheese and mayonnaise together in a small bowl, and mix well. Optional: add salt and pepper.
  4. Evenly add and spread the mixture on each of the tortillas.
  5. Distribute slices of ham on one side of each tortilla.
  6. Then, add the slices of turkey to the other side of each tortilla.
  7. Evenly divide the bacon bits on each tortilla.
  8. Add ¼ cup of cheese to each tortilla.
  9. Sprinkle ¼ cup of lettuce on each tortilla and ¼ cup of tomatoes to each tortilla.
  10. Tightly roll the tortilla and wrap it in plastic wrap, if desired. Refrigerate for 1 hour, or until ready to serve.
  11. Remove the plastic wrap and slice it into 1-inch pieces. Serve and enjoy.

If placing these out for a party, insert food picks in each roll.
