Notes For Making Frosted Animal Cookie Cupcakes
- We used an ice cream scoop to place the frosting onto the cupcakes. If you would prefer to use a piping bag fitted with a 1M, large star tip, and pipe a mountain-like frosting decoration, that would look great too!
- We used pink food coloring for the frosting to go along with the pink and white cookies we used but go crazy.
- You can use a vanilla-boxed cake mix for our pre-baked cupcakes or purchase store-bought cupcakes and scrape off the frosting.
