Tips to Make Cake Mix Hack for Cupcakes
- Remember how easy baking can be! If this is your first time learning how to make cupcakes with cake mix, this is easy.
- Choose whatever pudding flavor you want. You can choose vanilla, strawberry, chocolate, or even mix flavors. This cake mix hack make it all pretty simple so start with your favorite flavor of pudding.
- Achieve an easy flavor with chocolate cake mix or white cake mix. Cake mix cupcakes have a deep, rich flavor and that’s the reason we keep coming back to them.
- Need a hack to see if the cupcakes are done? To check a cupcake batch’s doneness, keep a toothpick inserted for a couple of seconds. If you pull out the toothpick with no cake batter on it, they are done.
- Allow the cake to cool completely. Buttercream frosting does not go well on warm cake. It’ll slide right off, so be patient.
- Add something a little extra special. Want to add something a little extra to your cake? Grab an ice cream scoop and plop a big helping on top of the cake. This will literally be the best cake recipe you’ve ever NOT had to frost.
