Baseball Booster Club Ideas for Fundraising

As I was designing these, I knew they were perfect for a previous customer of mine who had requested designs she could use for her son’s baseball team booster club. Aimee wanted some designs she could personalize for friends and family members and community member to raise some money for a tournament.

She also wanted some baseball cut file designs that could be more ‘grab and go.’ A few of the previous baseball cut file designs I’ve made for Aimee (and so many others) are:

More Ways to Use Round Keychain SVG Designs

As I mentioned in the free 4th of July Keychain SVG bundle here, there are SO many ways to use these round designs aside from keychains. My favorites are coffee house cups / cold tumblers but a few more booster club fundraising ideas are:

• Ball Caps – These are some of the best rated bulk buy baseball caps online and they come in a TON of colors.
• Door Signs – Round wood signs are all the rage and making them is pretty easy. Use these designs as stencils for paint or stain or with permanent vinyl for an easy DIY.
• Custom Bags – I love these bags because they have a big spot in the middle to customize with sports team names, team members’ names, player numbers, and more.
• Booster T-Shirts – From pocket designs to full front depictions, these round baseball SVG designs can make quick work of a supportive t-shirt.

Note: if buying multiple sizes in bulk, I recommend sourcing from Jiffy Shirts (I’m not affiliated with them). I also recommend having only a few colors and designs for a fundraising campaign with shirts so you can create them ahead of time and just add personalization during games.

Tips for Making Keychains with Permanent Vinyl

I have made quite a few of these keychain designs (and actual keychains). Here are some of my top tips.

• Get a good quality circle keychain kit. This is the keychain kit I’ve purchased now (three times) because it comes with everything you need and cute, colorful tassels are included!
• Do not remove the film until you’re ready to adhere the vinyl. If you keep it on there, you won’t scratch the acrylic.
• These acrylic keychain designs can be cut with any machine, but the portable Cricut Joy is my favorite. It’s easy to take to a booster club booth or hut at the games!
• If you’re using these as a fundraising item, make a few ‘done for you’ designs that people can just grab and go and others that are starters for customization.
• Use a varsity font like this WITHOUT an outline for easy customization (the outline will slow you down considerably). Numbers and names both look great.
