You Can Make This Easy Easter Story Stone Set
This easy Easter story stone set is perfect for any Easter basket addition. It makes a great non-candy Easter basket idea and teaches the story of Easter. It’s also part of our Rock Painting 101 series, so it’s fun for ALL ages.
An EASY Easter Story Stone Set (Really)
Recently, I made this set of Easter story stones and shared the tutorial on Rainy Day Mum. These story stones were so easy to come together – I am NOT an artist (I mean look at that donkey, Y’all…).
The only supplies you really need are paint pens (these are the ones we find work best) and rocks.
You don’t even need to prep the rocks, first! See?
Easy peasy.
The Story of Easter
Even if you’re not religious, the Easter holiday is one of the most important in the Christian calendar. Teaching non-religious kids about the story of Easter can get tricky and these Easter story stones help make it easier for parents and educators.
On Rainy Day Mum, I’ve included a brief write-up for each part of the story to help you use the rocks to teach.
How to Make Easter Story Stones
If you’re new to rock painting or aren’t a great artist (neither am I), don’t worry. Get the full tutorial for these Easter Story Stones on Rainy Day Mum. While you’re there, check out her nativity story stones, too. They are a wonderfully creative set you could gift for the holidays.
Please pin this to your favorite Easter board on Pinterest or share it your favorite rock painting group on Facebook. Your shares are how we grow and we are sincerely grateful.
