Free Christmas Truck SVG and PNG Designs

Here at Ruffles and Rain Boots, I’ve been creating holiday designs for Cricut, Silhouette, Scan N Cut, and other cutting machines for years. Design trends have come and gone during those years, however, one thing has been pretty standard: the red Christmas truck SVG files are some of the most sought after designs.

One of the busiest posts on this site this time of year is also red-truck related. I compiled a big list of different free Christmas truck SVG files around the Internet – whew, it is insanely popular!

In fact, many of my most popular Christmas cut files are of the infamous red truck with or without a Christmas tree in the back. A few styles of the red truck SVG are:

But there was one style I hadn’t created until now and I’m asked for it all the time: a Buffalo check Christmas truck. So of course, I had to comply.

Buffalo Check Christmas Truck

For those who know how many cut files I create, this is not an SVG. The Buffalo pattern gets all wonky sometimes in some of the software for the cutting machines.

Because this is a free file, I can’t help everyone “fix” things while the cutting machine software gets their act together. I flattened the design, making it ‘print and cut’ ready.

The red truck is available in green, white, and red Buffalo check as a 15 x 15 inch PNG file at 300 DPI. If you’re new to this, just know that it’s going to be a good quality image to use in Print and Cut, stickers, sublimation, and other projects you might want to make with it.

Ways to Use These Free Christmas Designs

If you’re here, I’m pretty certain you have an idea (or six) in mind for this holiday truck design, but if not, here are a few. I’ll also include some of my favorite blanks.

• Christmas Sign – Use a wood round (check out that grain!) or a rectangle sign blank (I am partial to the whitewashed ones) to create an easy, customized holiday sign for yourself or others.
• Holiday Mugs or Tumblers – For those who prefer a vintage look, create a custom camp mug (enamel mug) for cocoa. My preferred saying is, “Running on Hot Cocoa and Christmas Cheer” like this or coffee in place of that cocoa business.
• 3D Truck – Use the print and cut version to lay over a duplicated version you cut out in thin wood with your cutting machine. Prop it up against a decor piece, add it to a holiday sign, or gift it as-is.
• Vintage Apron – Add the red truck and a Merry Christmas to a vintage apron like this. I would LOVE to get this gifted to me.
