What You'll Find On This Page
Printable Gnome Winter Set
Here at Ruffles and Rain Boots, I like easy holiday decorations because I make such a large portion of them each year. But it’s the transitions that have me frustrated a lot of the time.
Taking down Christmas decorations is an entire day’s worth of work for me and I have been focused on getting better at my process each year. This year, I have been tucking prints and cards into frames to help with making that task a bit easier.
I’ve created this set of free winter printables for you featuring the cutest little fellas. Due to the style, you can decorate with them at Christmas and leave them up through January. If you’d like to download them, read on.

How to Use These Free Winter Printables
Sized for Frames and Wall Hangings
Included in the download are multiple file types and orientations to fit popular frame sizes. I have included all designs in 16 x 20 inch so that you CAN go that big without using quality, however, most people put these in the following:
- 4×6 inch frame
- 5×7 inch frame
- 8×10 inch frame
- hung with a pants hanger
- display it on a pretty clipboard and prop it into a bookcase
Make Decoupage Projects with These
If you love the look of printed canvas (I really do), you can print the designs onto a piece of tissue paper and decoupage them onto the canvas. The threads of the canvas will come through, resulting in a high-end look.
You can also print these gnome designs onto copy paper. Tear each edge and decoupage them onto the canvas. Another idea for this is to make a peek-a-boo frame for the design by adding paint or mixed media around the image in the center.
Sublimation and Print then Cut
If you have a sublimation printer (or use a shop like this to print for you on Etsy like I did before I had my machine), you can use these as done-for-you designs to put onto anything!
You can use these gnome sublimation designs for:
- wood rounds and planks
- t-shirts
- gift towels
- tumbler and mug designs
Perfect for Cards, Tags, and More
From large cards to small gift tags, you can use these gnome printable designs on anything you can print (or use print then cut, if you have a Cricut). The sky is the limit because you can add text, create a special note, and even have your machine use a pen to write them out!
- cards
- gift tags
- print onto thick card stock and add decorations to clothes pins
- print and cut pennant shapes for an easy banner (from a mantle to a wreath, the quality is there for you to size to your needs)

Pam, I’m on Chrome and they work just fine. It could be your internet speed or limits. You can choose only one of the types (based on size) or open the folder and download each image one at a time.
