– socks – plastic pellets – polyfill stuffing – rubber band – nose – felt or fabric to form a hat – Mongolian Fur/Faux Fur – hot glue gun –glue sticks – razor or straight edge
Start by making the body. Add a heavy filler at the bottom for stability. Stuff with polyfill, use rubber bands to close, and cut excess fabric.
Make your beard, using a template or by free-hand. Use a razor to cut only the backing to the correct size and shape for your gnome. Shape loose fibers free and glue about an inch under the rubber band.
You have so many options when it comes to hats! You can make your own using a template or you can buy a hat. Making felt hats is super easy!
Or you can make a hat from fabric. Place the hat on the gnome before the nose for best placement. Glue on your nose & enjoy your new gnome!
