Create your hat with felt. Use floral wire to shape your hat. Glue the hat to your basket. Create the nose and color it with blush. Glue the nose to the bottom of the hat, forcing it to wrinkle above the nose.
Trim any backing from curling ribbon. Attach to the inside back of the hat. Repeat to cover the front of the basket. Trim as desired. Add trimmed curling ribbon to tip of hat. Fill the basket with moss.
