I have to tell you, these easy blackberry lemon cupcakes are a mouthwatering treat you're going to wish lasted a lot longer!

– Vanilla cupcakes Lemon Frosting – Unsalted butter – Powdered sugar – Heavy whipping cream – Fresh lemon juice – Lemon, zested – Blackberry pie filling Crumble Topping – Light brown sugar – Granulated sugar – Ground cinnamon – Kosher salt – Unsalted butter – Flour

Add blackberry pie filling in the bottom of the muffin tin before adding your favorite vanilla cupcake batter.   Bake and let cool.   Make your lemon frosting and crumble topping.  Pipe on your frosting, add a little pie filling, and top with the crumble.   Enjoy!
