Tips for Using These Letter F Brush Calligraphy Sheets

Whether you’re a beginner or you’ve been lettering for years, the basics never get old. And sheets like these really help you to decide on your signature style. Below are a few tips:

  • Always practice a few basic calligraphy strokes each time you pick up your pen or brush pen.
  • If you are using a paint brush, select a round, size 4 or 6 for this set. Remember, you don’t have to keep your brush at an angle like you do the brush pens.
  • The right pen matters (small or large), so click here to get my list of the best lettering supplies.
  • When using your brush pen (any size), make sure your elbow is on the table and your wrist is turned at an angle.
