If I’m being honest, I love it when my daughter wants to watch Moana. The music is outstanding, but it’s the story that gets me. It’s full of doubt, finding out how to trust in yourself, and learning to trust and rely on yourself and others.

Samoa Popcorn for Our Moana Movie Night
This Samoa Cookie Popcorn was a crowd pleaser! Go figure – it takes just like a Girl Scout Samoa cookie. We chose this fancy popcorn for our movie night because of the coconuts the islanders sing about. That song is pretty fun to belt out.
Moana Coconut Fluffy Slime
This coconut-scented fluffy slime recipe was our best slime recipe yet! It’s so fluffy and full of coconut-scented goodness that we’ve made a couple of batches and given them to classmates. It’s fun without anything but I recommend a few Moana baubles: this necklace is one of my daughter’s favorites and these figures are great for sensory bins, slime, and pretend play.
