With or without the famous cookie, this Samoa cookie milkshake is a crowd pleaser! It’s ready in a couple of minutes and is a perfect way to end a Moana movie night (with or without the Samoa cookie popcorn).
Ingredients for a Samoa Cookie Milkshake
Only two things are required for a vanilla milkshake. But if you want to take a plain old vanilla milkshake to the next level, gather these ingredients WOW! everyone with the tastiest, prettiest Samoa cookie milkshake.
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream (we used French vanilla)
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup milk
- 1/8 teaspoon vanilla (optional)
- whip cream
- caramel sauce
- dark chocolate sauce
- toasted coconut flakes (DON’T skip the toasted coconut)
- Samoa cookies (optional because who can hang onto them all year?!?!)
Note: if you’re unsure how to toast coconut, we did it on the stove in a saute pan in just a couple of minutes. It comes out a beautiful brown and the taste is amazing. Once you have toasted your flakes, chop it up into smaller pieces.
