Frolicking through Fall

Warning: Cute Toddler Ahead!

I will be up front with the following: this post is just to share some pictures of little nugget having fun.

In our little neighborhood garden, some nameless, but brilliant, individual made a pea tee-pee. It doesn’t sound like it would provide endless hours of enjoyment, but Danger LOVED running in and out of it. She was amazed that it was “sooooooooo tall!”

We’ve also spent our days on our normal walks where we talk about what we see: colors, shapes, and even monkey trees – that’s what Elise has started calling any tree that has branches hanging down or is covered in vines.

Here, she was FLABBERGASTED that there a brown fence existed right next to a green one. Wow.

Although Daddy is tired of the leaves from the big oak trees that keep us raking, Elise can’t get enough of them. Kicking leaves up on our walks, helping Daddy rake, and finding random piles of leaves to snuggle up to, are just normal occurrences around here.

She’s all smiles when we get outside!

Here we are again talking about Fall and it tickles me that she is still so excited about the leaves falling. When a strong wind blows, she runs around trying to catch them.

The playground was taking care of their leaves and Elise couldn’t resist!

Thanks for indulging my photo bomb post! Have a great day.
